This is a fast-paced, demanding role answering phones and making outbound calls for multiple clients, as well as other clerical responsibilities. 1+ years call center experience required.
A dedicated, quiet home office is mandatory. Webcam must be on all day due to the collaborative nature of the position.
Our ideal candidate has excellent communication skills, unwavering professionalism, and the ability to multitask in a focused environment. Reliability and attention to detail are critical.
