If we can access your database or CRM, we can update their contact information when they call and obtain their job history with you. We can help with simple billing issues or provide them with project updates.
Depending on your needs, we can engage new customers who are calling with inquiries about your services. We can obtain their contact info in a non-pushy manner, find out how they located your service (to help evaluate the effectiveness of your marketing), and schedule a time for an estimate.
We all know that when a person has an emergency, they will keep calling until someone answers who can help them – and that should be you! If your Daybreak team is answering the phones, we’ll get the pertinent information and find out from you if you’re available or interested in responding. If you are available, we’ll patch the call through to you. If you’re not, we can refer them to another service that you recommend. Either way our interaction will stop the calling cycle and make you look good!
If you are available for off-hour emergency calls we can arrange for after-hour emergency calls to go directly to your cell, or whatever number you wish, so you can respond to the need.
