If you are a solo attorney or a partner in a small practice, we can provide you with full-time clerical and administrative coverage at a part-time cost.
Here’s what we can can assist you with:
Appointment Scheduling & Client Follow-Up
Working with your calendar, we’ll schedule your clients at times that will maximize your time management. If your practice includes an initial 30-60 minute phone consult, we can help to schedule and coordinate the call.
Do you charge for that consult? We can process their credit card at the time of scheduling using your merchant account. We can also contact your clients to remind them to bring the necessary paperwork to the meeting, and follow-up when necessary.
Streamlining Your To-Do List and Timelines
If you handle cases with specific periodic deadlines, we’ll help to create a timeline with reminders to make certain you won’t miss one.
Processing Intake Forms & Monitoring Correspondence
If you utilize intake forms when processing new clients, we’ll help to create fill-able documents (PDF or Microsoft Word) that can be completed on-line. We’ll even help the new client complete them as we schedule their initial appointment. We also monitor and respond appropriately to incoming faxes and email correspondence.
If your practice includes handling off-hour emergencies, we’ll arrange for emergency calls to be forwarded directly to your cell phone or wherever you choose. There is never a charge for after-hours call handling!
Maintaining a Virtual File System
We create and maintain virtual file systems to maintain a paperless office environment.
Providing Transcription & Completing Legal Forms
We provide a full range of legal (and medical) transcription. We can also fill in various court forms and mail any documents that we create.
Scheduling Mediations & Handling Court Clerk Interactions
Wherever necessary, we will schedule mediations and facilitate interactions with court clerks.
The confidentiality of your clients’ information is obviously of critical importance so we maintain confidentiality agreements with our employees, clients and vendors.
We’ll help you with your day-to-day office operations while you focus on the legal needs of your clients.
You are in an industry where time deadlines and accuracy are critically important, and we’ll help you to make sure that those critical moments are not wasted.
Let us protect your day-to-day operations while you protect your clients!

My systems are sufficient; I rarely miss a call or an opportunity.
My customer service is fine. I get lots of repeat business and a steady stream of referrals.
I’m very organized. I have systems in place to remind me in advance of impending deadlines and I rarely miss them.
I have no billing issues. All work is paid COD and/or I have a solid system to track delinquent accounts.
I have a marketing plan that I follow to the letter. Every lead is followed up on a specific schedule which I closely adhere to.
I adhere to my calendar religiously. I block off time for strategic planning and no one is permitted to disturb me during these times.
My business size is fine. It’s exactly where I want it to be to attract the most profitable customers.
Routine paperwork is not a problem. I have systems in place to handle it, and I actually enjoy paperwork.
It’s been said that a business should SUPPORT your lifestyle, not BECOME your lifestyle. Where do you fit?
All of my processes are well documented and readily available so that anyone who needs to take action in my absence can do so. In other words, my business is close to being “franchise-ready.”
I either have no workers or scheduling issues, or I have a system in place whereby my workers know exactly where they should be and what I expect.
I’ve avoided hiring support staff for fear of not being able to afford them, yet I never seem to grow. It’s been a couple of years and I just keep spinning my wheels and getting nowhere – and I’m getting frustrated.
I’m sure I could benefit from a virtual administrative assistant who could perform their responsibilities professionally, timely, and according to my company’s standards. The idea of having someone who could ‘watch my back’ is very appealing.
